BEETECH is committed to ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of its products. We stand behind our instruments, and as part of this commitment, we offer a One-Year Limited Warranty on all BEETECH products.
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanshipthat occur under normal use and service conditions, as determined by BEETECH.
- The warranty periodbegins on the date of the original purchase, as indicated on the purchase invoice and extends for one full year from that date.
This warranty is designed to give customers peace of mind knowing that their electronic test and measurement instruments will perform as expected. 2. Warranty Coverage
BEETECH warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials, manufacturing, and improper assembly during the one-year warranty period. This warranty is designed to cover issues that arise from normal use of the product under the conditions outlined in the operating manual.
In the event of a verified defect, BEETECH, at its discretion, will:
- Repair the productusing new, restoring it to proper working condition.
- Premature Wear and Tear: If parts of the product deteriorate faster than reasonably expected due to improper manufacturing processes, this will be considered a manufacturing defect.
If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, as determined by our service team/s, repairs or replacements will be provided at no additional cost to the customer. This may include:
- Repair: Fixing the defective component or restoring the product to proper working order using original or equivalent materials.
- Replacement: Providing a new product of the same model or a comparable alternative if the defect cannot be repaired.
This coverage is only valid when the product has been used under normal operating conditions and according to the manufacturer’s guidelines, as outlined in Clause 5.
- Replace the productwith a new unit of the same model, or if unavailable, a similar model with comparable features and performance.
This warranty applies exclusively to products that:
- Have been purchased directlyfrom BEETECH or through authorized distributors.
- Are used in accordance with the recommended operating conditions and within the product’s specified usage scope, as detailed in the user manual.
3. What the Warranty Cover
The warranty provides coverage the following:
- Manufacturing Defects: This warranty applies to any defects in the product that arise as a direct result of faulty materials or poor workmanship during the manufacturing process. The following types of issues fall under this category:
- Material Flaws: Defects that result from the use of substandard or defective materials that do not meet industry standards, such as brittle or easily damaged components.
- Assembly or Construction Errors: Issues stemming from improper assembly or construction, where parts are not assembled according to the intended specifications, causing malfunctions or product failure.
- Functional Defects: Problems that prevent the product from performing its intended function due to manufacturing oversights, such as incorrect wiring, malfunctioning electrical components, or other issues that directly impact the product’s performance.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Consumables: Such as disposable batteries, displays, or parts subject to normal wear and tear.
- Damage due to misuse or neglect: Including improper handling, failure to follow instructions, or usage other than as recommended, improper maintenance or care.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications: This warranty is void if the product is opened, disassembled, repaired, or modified by anyone other than BEETECH-authorized personnel.
- Damage from external factors: Including exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures, humidity, corrosive chemicals), electromagnetic interference (EMI), or electrostatic discharge (ESD).
- Dropping, striking, or otherwise physically damaging the instrument.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure that the warranty remains valid, the customer is responsible for the following:
- Proper Use of the Product:
- The product must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s user manualand operating instructions. This includes adhering to the specified operational limits, such as voltage, current, and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) as outlined in the product documentation.
- The product should only be used for its intended purpose. Any misuse, including the use of the product for purposes not specified by the manufacturer, may void the warranty.
- The product should not be exposed to excessive physical, electrical, or environmental stress, such as:
- Operating outside of the specified voltage, temperature, humidity, etc. ranges.
- Subjecting the product to high loads or surges that exceed the product’s rated capacity.
- Instruments should be used in environments free from excessive moisture, corrosive chemicals, or explosive atmospheres unless specifically designed for such use.
2. Regular Maintenance:
- The customer is responsible for performing routine maintenance as described in the user manual to keep the product in good working order. This may include:
- Cleaning the instrument regularly to prevent the build-up of dust, dirt, or moisture that could affect functionality.
- Properly storing the instrument when not in use to prevent damage from environmental factors such as humidity, extreme temperatures, or corrosive substances.
- Replacing or recalibrating parts (e.g., probes or batteries) as specified by the manufacturer to ensure accurate measurements and prevent unnecessary strain on the product.
Failure to perform regular maintenance could result in wear and tear or other issues that are not covered by this warranty
3. Preventing Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs:
- The product should not be altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service provider. Any tampering, unauthorized repairs, or use of non-approved parts may result in voiding the warranty.
- If repairs are necessary, the customer must contact the manufacturer or an authorized service centre to arrange for the proper servicing of the instrument.
6. Shipping And Handling
The customer is responsible for the following costs:
- Shipping to and from BEETECH or the service centre.
- Handling fees, including packaging and insurance.
BEETECH covers the cost of repairs or replacements for defects in manufacturing. BEETECH reserves the right to deny any warranty claims if the customer cannot provide proof of purchase or if the product has been modified without prior approval.
7. Recourse for Unresolved Issues
If a customer believes their warranty claim has not been satisfactorily resolved, the following steps can be taken:
- Escalation to Customer Service Management: Customers may request a formal review of their case by BEETECH’s Customer Service Management The management team will re-evaluate the warranty claim, considering the product’s condition, prior service history, and all related documentation provided.
- Product Refund or Credit: In cases where repairs or replacementsare not feasible or appropriate, BEETECH may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or product credit. The value of the refund or credit will be determined based on the age, condition, and original purchase price of the product, along with the specific circumstances of the claim.

8. Limitations of Liability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
